Beast in training.
We met with our personal trainer yesterday. I really like him. The fiance and I both seem to have a bunch in common with him which makes for a good dynamic between us all. We worked on my back and legs. My back feels amazing, legs not so much. I am so sore! But in a good way. For now I have a few things I need to focus on and make stronger from past sports injuries. Some seem like I will never make it over that mountain, its an uphill battle for me. It's painful. I've had a bad back for as long as I can remember and somedays are better than others. Thankfully, our personal trainer knows how to work around injruies like mine. So I am confident I will be sucessful! The gym we go to is also pretty awesome! I have my pool, I am able to swim my laps, relax in the hot tub after and then head into the sauna or steam room. Both are incredible! I feel addicted to it! Even if Im not at the gym, I find I want to go just to sit in there for 5-10 mins and sweat the days impurities...
